This week, our team is heading to Dallas for CineShow 2026, a convention for independent theatre owners and industry professionals!
We’ll be spending a few days meeting and learning from other theatre owners, connecting with people in the movie industry, and discovering new ideas and opportunities that we can bring back to The Switch.
Because we’ll be away at CineShow, we won’t have a movie playing this weekend. We’re taking a little intermission so we can learn more about the industry and find new ways to make The Switch even better.
We also want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has supported our theatre since we opened. Every ticket purchased, bucket of popcorn 🍿 enjoyed, post shared, and person who has told a friend about The Switch has helped us get to where we are.
It’s exciting to have the opportunity to attend an event like CineShow and learn more about how we can continue to grow and improve. You’re the reason we get to do this. ❤️
Operating an independent theatre means there is always something new to learn, and we’re excited to see what we can bring back to Hempstead to make your experience at The Switch even better.
