The Hofstra Chapter of the United States Institute for Theater Technology (USITT) connects theater arts production students to ensure a dialog and network among academic, extra-curricular, and professional productions.

Lets end the semster with a celebration for all the hardwork in the department this semster! Come to Production Showcase THIS FRIDAY 11am-12:30pm to see the various projects and artwork designed by the theatre production classes!

From DRAM 5 wine bottle holders and student-made furniture to scenic paintings and DRAM 178 show designs, there's a lot to see! We hope to see you there!!

Put your production skills to the test with TECH OLYMPICS!! This Sunday (4/26) in the Playhouse Quad !

✨️CHALLENGES ✨️

1. Teams of four will have 30 secs each to help paint a portrait of a E-Board member model!

2. Put the *run* in run crew with this obstacle course races! Can you perform ALL your tech duties in time??

3. Man the ropes! Fly the scenery! Muscle up in a good old fashioned game of tug of war!

4. Can you survive 178? Design and present a tool that will fix all your theatre problems!

5. Can you remember your blocking?? In this game of dancing telephone, test if you can pass on the right moves to your cast member correctly!

💛 All challenges are optional to participate!! Enjoy watching or playing!!
