Meet our next Employee Highlight! Jessica has been part of the Pedrotti’s Ranch Culinary Team for more than three years, working behind the scenes in our kitchen to help create the food and experiences our guests enjoy at every event. One of her favorite things about working at Pedrotti’s is the teamwork and the way her coworkers feel like family.

Jessica has a heart for helping others. Her dream job would be to become an educational coach, and something many of her coworkers may not know is how much she loves reading to children.

When she’s away from the Ranch, Jessica enjoys staying active, especially hiking and running 5Ks and 10Ks. When it comes to her favorite place to eat, Jessica isn’t picky — her answer was simply “everywhere!” And if she ever won the $500 million lottery, Jessica’s first response says a lot about who she is: she would thank God and donate to the Cancer Society.

We’re grateful to have Jessica as part of our kitchen family and appreciate the hard work, positive spirit, and heart she brings to Pedrotti’s Ranch every day 💙

Heroes at the Ranch is Back! Last year, we brought together the best of the Whiskey & Wishes Heroes Gala and our more intimate Heroes at the Grill dinners into one unforgettable evening — and it was a huge success. This year, we're doing it again.

We're honored to welcome SWBC’s Lisa Pinto as our Master of Ceremonies, with comedic relief from former NBA stars & Spurs legends George Hill and Matt Bonner, along with actor, producer, and Navy Veteran Drew Waters (the Seaman). Several of our WWII, Korea, and Vietnam heroes will also be joining us again this year — a reminder of the generations of service this event exists to honor.

Who You'll Be Helping This fundraiser directly supports local military families struggling with basic needs, including:

From a small 1974 catering kitchen to San Antonio's premier event destination!

It all started with Louie and Sue Pedrotti building "Catering by the Pedrottis" through long hours, hard work, and word-of-mouth. Today, under Anthony’s leadership, Pedrotti’s Ranch has grown into a full-service event powerhouse featuring in-house culinary, production, and planning teams.

We are incredibly proud of our roots, excited for the future, and know without a doubt that the best is yet to come.
