Dear Friends
The Helena Health Expo 2026 has been canceled.

This decision was not easy to make. Due to unexpected changes in support and the large amount of work involved in organizing the event, I have decided not to continue moving forward with this year’s expo.

I want to sincerely thank everyone who showed interest, offered encouragement, shared the event, planned to attend, or supported the vision in any way. Your kindness and enthusiasm truly meant a lot to me.

While I had hoped to bring the community together again this year, I also recognize the importance of honoring personal limits and not taking on more than can realistically be carried well by one person.

What an incredible day!

The Body Mind Spirit Health & Wellness Expo 2025 was a huge success — thank you to all the amazing vendors, practitioners, readers, speakers, visitors, and sponsors who made this year’s www.HelenaHealthExpo.com such a beautiful event!

We’ll be doing it all again on October 3 & 4, 2026, and I can’t wait!

I tried to capture photos of everyone, but that turned out to be 'mission impossible' — between running my www.QuantumPoint.org booth, helping at the welcome desk, and assisting vendors with little things here and there, the day flew by!

It was truly such a wonderful and rewarding experience.

- - - We're so thrilled to share this wonderful update! - - -
At our Body Mind Spirit Health & Wellness Expo, we asked attendees to either pay $5 or bring 5 non-perishable food items as their entrance fee.

We're amazed to share that about 40 people chose to donate food, and our amazing volunteer Cindy dropped everything off at Helena Food Share.

This morning, we received the sweetest thank you from them - turns out we collected over 175 pounds of food! We're so proud of our community's generosity and grateful to everyone who contributed to helping our neighbors have access to healthy meals.

Hey everyone, Chick Bruce here from Elkhorn Mountains Internet Radio (KEMR-DB)! We had an absolute blast broadcasting live from the Body Mind Spirit Health & Wellness Expo this weekend.

From 1pm to 4pm, we set up our remote broadcast and got to sit down with some incredible exhibitors for 5-10 minute interviews. Let me tell you, the passion and knowledge these folks brought was amazing! It was an honor to share their stories and healing practices with our listeners.
