Helena Xpress Singers

Helena Xpress Singers We are a group of energetic women singing a cappella harmony. We ae a 501(c)3 organization providing entertainment in the Helena area.

The Helena Xpress Singers is a Sweet Adelines International Chapter chartered in 1974. We are a vibrant group of women who have found friendship, camaraderie and confidence singing four-part harmony in the barbershop style. The chorus is under the direction of Barb Leland.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of our dear friend, Cheryl Garrett.

Cheryl was a cherished part of our musical family, having sung with both the Helena Xpress Singers and the Meet the Five Valley Chorus during her time with us. Though health challenges kept her from the risers in recent years, she remained a beloved presence in our lives and a true friend to all who knew her.

We invite our chorus alumni and friends to join us in celebrating Cheryl’s life and her love of music. We will be performing That’s What Friends Are For during her funeral service, and How We Sang Today at the reception.

If you would like to join us in raising your voice to honor her memory, you are more than welcome to stand with us.
