Serving up community one slice at a time 🥧

During National Volunteer Week, we’re giving a big thank you to everyone who helps make the Hebron Pie Festival happen. It takes hundreds of hours and a whole lot of heart to bring this event to life each year. ❤️👏🏻

If you see a red pie shirt, that’s one of our dedicated committee members who spends months planning everything from figuring out how to serve crème pies right on Main Street, to mapping out the 5K course and the Route 40 Pie Parade, to tracking down the perfect judges for our blue ribbon baking competition.

To everyone who gives their time, thank you for helping this festival grow and for making it such a special free experience for our community ✨

Hebron Pie Festival Presents: America 250 Gun Raffle 🇺🇸

In celebration of America 250, we are raffling a 1750–1780 “Virginia” Style .58 Caliber Flintlock with a 44" barrel smooth rifle (smooth bore), featuring a hand-carved stock and handmade box. This is a beautiful, historically inspired piece and a true collector’s item.

🎟 Tickets are $10 each.

📅 The drawing will be held at the Hebron Pie Festival & Parade on September 12, 2026 on the Main Stage directly after Pie Silent Auction Winners are announced!

First Hebron Pie 5K Run & Walk = A Sweet Success! 🥧🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Our very first Hebron Pie 5K Run & Walk was a huge success, thanks to the leadership of our amazing 5k committee member Jerrod Abel and the incredible support of our community.

A big thank you to the Hebron Ohio Police Department, Public Works, and our amazing volunteers/committee members for coordinating traffic and making for a smooth race day. We’re also grateful to our manufacturing community for sponsoring this event Hendrickson, Covestro, State Industrial Products, ArmorSource, & MPW!

When we first planned the event, we were hopeful for around 50 participants. Instead, we ended with just under 150 registered racers! Thank you to everyone who came out, ran, walked, or cheered along the way, you all made our first race an incredible new addition to the pie festivities!

For extra fun, racers could continue just past the finish line to hit 3.14 miles in honor of pie for anyone who wanted the full slice of distance.🥧✨

Winner of the OSU Quilt: Ali Lucas (pictured below). Megan Bebout took home the 50/50 Raffle dough! Proceeds from both help the Hebron Historical Society award a scholarship to a Lakewood student and support preserving Hebron’s history.

Congratulations to Ali Lucas, winner of the Hebron Historical Society OSU quilt raffle 👏!! Thank you to those that purchased raffle tickets for a chance also. This was our first raffle toward our scholarship that the Hebron Historical Society awards to a Lakewood graduate each year in May to help with the costs of higher education. Your community support is so appreciated!!
