My next paint class with be June 21st, 1pm-3pm at Top of the rim, Eagles club! (membership not required) I will be showing everyone how I paint my sea turtles, plus a new watercolor technique using salt. Very excited about this one! I need your help. I have 3 paintings and I don't know which one to do for paint class first. I'd love to know what you guys like! Or if you were to take a class what you would want to paint. So whichever painting is your favorite like the photo (not just this post). Also comment any other painting ideas you have! Thank you!

Hello Heber-Overgaard! I have started offering Watercolor paint classes! I did a couple at the Eagles club last month and I have more coming in town. More info to come. 🎨 🖌

I attached some pictures of the painting we did last month. Mine along with some friends. Everyone did really well. Watercolors can be a bit more tricky than acrylic so I made sure to take everyone step by step. From drawing our lines, mixing the paints together to get the right consistency, to different watercolor techniques. I don't want it to feel like a paint by numbers. I want everyone to use their natural creative energy and feel like they learned something new.

Side note for those that started following this page for kids art classes. I may offer kids classes again this summer. Feel free to reach out if interested or just keep an eye out for more info on that.

Art & crafts classes were so fun last week. In the craft class we made black glue hearts with watercolors. In the art classes we did color wheel sunflowers. They only had red, yellow and blue and mixed them together to make the rest of the colors! This week we will be doing paper bag monsters for the younger kids, bookmarks for the older kids and having some fun getting our hands dirty with charcoal in art class. If you missed the first class it's not too late to sign your kids up for this week! Message me!
