There’s a lot more happening in an Irish dance class than learning where to put your feet. ☘️

Our dancers work hard. They learn to stick with something when it’s difficult. They gain confidence as things that once felt impossible start to click.
But they also make friends.
They cheer for each other. They laugh a LOT. They celebrate each other’s wins, help each other through the hard days, and become part of a pretty special little community.

That’s probably our favorite part.

Whether your kiddo wants to compete someday, perform around town, or just wants something fun and different to look forward to each week, there’s a place for them here.

And you don’t have to drive down the canyon to find it. We’re proud to have the Wasatch Back’s Irish dance school right here in Heber. 💗

The performances are the fun part.

But this? This is where it happens.
The same step again.
And again.
And… one more time.

It’s showing up when something still isn’t clicking. Cheering when your teammate finally gets it. Laughing between rounds. Fixing it. Trying again.

Irish dance has a funny way of teaching a whole lot more than Irish dance.

And with August wrapping up and a brand new season just getting started, this studio is already putting in the work.
September, we’re ready for you.

Did you know the Wasatch Back has its very own Irish dance school? ☘️

Before Wasatch Back Irish Dance, local families interested in Irish dance often had to head outside our community to find classes.
Now, dancers can learn right here in Heber City. 💚

We’re proud to be the only Irish dance school in the Wasatch Back, with a place for brand-new dancers, rec dancers, competitive dancers, tiny tots and even adults.
That’s one of our favorite things about what we’ve built.

Kids in our community can try something completely different, learn an incredible art and sport, make friends, perform, compete if they choose, and grow up dancing without their families having to make the drive into the valley several nights a week.

If you’ve ever had a kiddo who watched Irish dance and said, “I want to do THAT,” you might be surprised to learn they can. Right here at home. ☘️

Looking for something a little different to do right here in the Wasatch Back? ☘️

Irish dance isn’t just for the kids you see competing on stage. There’s a place to start from the very beginning, whether you’re 3 or 43!

Our Thursday Tiny Tots class, ages 3–5, is a fun introduction to Irish dance through movement, basic technique and group choreography. It’s a great fit for little ones who love music, moving their bodies and trying something new.

For kids ready to take that next step, our Beginning Irish Dance classes, ages 4+, introduce both soft shoe and hard shoe while helping dancers build skills, confidence and personal goals.

And grown-ups, we didn’t forget about you! Our Wednesday Adult Irish Dance class welcomes both brand-new and experienced dancers. Come for the fun, the fitness, or even set some competitive goals of your own. Adult classes are just $10 to drop in.

Wasatch Back Irish Dance was created to bring Irish dance instruction to families in Wasatch and Summit Counties without having to make the drive into the valley, and we love getting to offer it right here in Heber. 💚

Fall classes are underway, and there’s still a great time to come see what Irish dance is all about!

Leah is determined, hardworking, kind, and always knows how to bring a little laughter into the studio. 💚

She loves to dance, isn’t afraid to work for what she wants, and has such a fun personality that makes having her in class a joy.

We love watching that determination and love for Irish dance continue to grow.

First week back and WHAT a week. 🔥☘️

Thursday classes absolutely killed it. From our beginners ready to learn to our champs bringing the heat, the energy in the studio was unreal.
