As much as we hate to do this...This concerns ALL NEW BOOKINGS. If you already have a contract with us, it does not apply...

Starting immediately, all Wedding bookings from this date forward will be charged at Security/Damage/Policy Enforcement Deposit. A security deposit of $300 will now be required at time of booking. However, at the conclusion of the event, if the property is returned undamaged, venue policies followed as explained in the contract and property is vacated at agreed upon ending time, the refund will be returned within 3 days. However, if damage occurs or venue policies are violated, we will provide an itemized list of expenses and photos with deductions made from the Deposit. Owner also has the right to keep the entire deposit if the damage/policy violations exceed the $300 fee.

Thank you all for your kind support and many, many thanks to our previous rentals who have done an outstanding job of taking care of our property as if it were your own! We appreciate all of you!!!

Thank you,
The WSE Team and Owners
