Dear Business and Community Leaders,

The Juneteenth Freedom Day Festival is in its 2nd year of bringing people together down town Hearne for a family-friendly, fun day with craft and food vendors, music of all genres, a kid’s zone, and more. The day is a celebration of freedom, reflection, and a day of fellowship for people of all colors and creeds.

The Juneteenth Freedom Day Festival was a year-planned project with the vision of not just celebrating with the African Americans of the community, by allowing the entire city of Hearne to be a part of a great day of celebration.

The first Juneteenth Freedom Day Festival took place in 2021, the same year that it became a national holiday. This made the community look at this day differently. It made them realize that this was more than just any event; it was an event that would bring everyone together in unity.

We, the newly organized board of the Juneteenth Freedom Day Festival, want to see the festival continue to grow each year, to keep the Hometown feeling alive. We have had vendors and musicians as far as Houston, Dallas, and Austin to be a part of the fun festivities, not to mention it brings tourists to Hearne.
Our town is growing and moving forward, and we are asking everyone to be a part of helping us make it happen. We are asking for sponsors to support this year and help make the Juneteenth Freedom Day Festival a positive event for all who attend.

Your sponsorship of the festival will help cover the costs for the stage, musical talent, and advertising. We are currently in the process of filing for our 501c3, but we pray that does not prevent you from helping us make this grand occasion for the City of Hearne. Also, all sponsors will have their names mentioned throughout the event.

Unfortunately we have no sponsors this year as of yet, but, we are hoping that this event will be as great as it was on ...
