I wanted to take some time out this evening and burn one of my digital files. This was as much for educating myself as showing my previous and future customers how a project looks versus the original file.

This is standard engraving technique on a solid wood plaque. Not by best work as I was in a testing phase. But..

This took about 2.5 hours to burn.

I spent around an hour with my hand engraver to pull forward the details I wanted to show through more.

I have attached the original digital files picture and a picture of the finished burn.
