A Nostalgic Throwback Thursday Post! 🩵 HFF has had so many beautiful chapters! Did you know that before our Studio ever became a reality, Fit Fans were connecting together at local churches, schools, parks, playgrounds- even Snap?! We’ve been everywhere, man! 🤘🏻
In 2015 we landed in our first brick and mortar space off of Greenwood Lane! Lots of good times and fabulous sweat sessions were had there!
Time sure flies!! What do you remember most about working out with HFF (pre-studio)?!
We would love to hear from you! 🙌🏻
