What a way to close out Summer Nights at Sylvandale! ❤️

We had a full house in the barn last night, and we couldn’t have asked for a better evening to wrap up this summer’s Wednesday nights.

A huge thank you to Sean and Ian Okamoto for another incredible night of music. These two always bring such a wonderful crowd to the barn, and we are especially grateful that they generously chose to donate their performance fee from the evening back to Forever Joy and the work we continue to do in Cassidy’s memory. That kindness means more than we can say.

Thank you as well to Big T’s Rollin’ Smoke BBQ for joining us and keeping everyone fed, and to every single person who came out, filled the barn, danced, visited, shopped the Thrift Shed and spent the evening with us. Seeing this place so full of people is pretty special.

Thank you to everyone who made Summer Nights at Sylvandale such a special part of our summer. We loved spending these Wednesday evenings with you, and Summer Nights will be back in 2027! ❤️🎶

Six years of coming together in Cassidy’s memory. ❤️

Our 6th Annual Forever Joy Barn Dance is officially in the books, and what an incredible turnout. We couldn’t have asked for more beautiful weather or a better group of people to spend the evening with.

To everyone who came out, donated, volunteered, bid in the silent auction, purchased raffle tickets, danced along with the band, or simply showed up to support Forever Joy, thank you! Every single person who played a part in this night helped make it as special as it was.

Seeing so many familiar faces, along with so many new ones, gathered together for a cause that means so much to our family is something we’ll never take for granted. When a community comes together, there truly is so much we can accomplish.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for another beautiful Barn Dance and for continuing to help us carry her memory and Forever Joy’s mission forward.

🌿🎶 It’s hard to believe, but our final Summer Nights at SylvanDale of the season is almost here!

Join us on Wednesday, August 26th, as we wrap up another unforgettable summer with the return of Sean & Ian Okamoto. Their incredible musicianship, heartfelt performances, and family-friendly show make them the perfect way to close out the season.

Today’s the day! 🤍 The 6th Annual Barn Dance Fundraiser is happening today from 5–9 PM at SylvanDale.

Join us for an evening of community, live music by Free Range Rick and the Slick Chickens, great food, raffles, and a silent auction, all in support of Forever Joy and the Greater Hayward House of Hope.

🎟️ Tickets are available at the door for $20 per person.

Whether you’re joining us for the entire evening or stopping by to show your support, every ticket, donation, and bid helps continue the mission of this special event.
