FHSU Picnic in the Quad Mon Aug 17 4:00PM-7:00PM
We will be giving out prizes and sharing information about The Gamers Guild at a booth at Picnic in the Quad. If you want to join us to hand out info and possibly do some brief teaching games, please show up around 4:00PM. Tear-down is at 6:30PM.

One Piece OP-17 New Set Release Event Sun Aug 23 & Mon Aug 24 6:30PM $35
After opening 6 packs, players build a 40-card deck, and a 10 DON!! card deck. There are no banned or restricted cards, and players can include as many copies of cards with the same card number as they like. (There is no 4-card limit and 5 or more copies of a card with the same card number can be included in decks.) Any cards left over from deck construction are treated as sideboard cards. Unlike standard play, you can ignore the normal deck building color restrictions based on your leader and can include cards of any color in your deck, and there are additional special rules for deck building.

Come play with other commander players in this free-to-join, casual evening
The Hobbit Prerelease Flights Fri Aug 7 6:30PM, Sat Aug 8 4:30PM (2HG), Sun Aug 9 4:30PM ($42.49 per player per flight)
Celebrate the newest Magic the Gathering set as you play it a week before it releases against others for cool prizes. Players get a special kit containing 6 play packs from this set that they can use to build a deck to take on other players. An average of two prize packs per player are also added to a prize pool. In the two-headed giant event on Saturday at 4:30PM, players join another player and share all the cards between the two prerelease kits to create two complete decks to play other two-person teams. Players can show up solo to pair with other solo players or as a team in advance.
