We’re gearing up for another year of bringing together unique small businesses, handmade goodies, and our favorite community of weirdos!! 🦋🌈 Whether you’ve vended with us before or you’re hoping to join us for the first time, we’d LOVE to have you apply!

We are currently accepting applications for the Throwback Book Fair!! Applications & flyers for our summer events will be posted next month, with additional applications opening as we get further into the year.
We will be accepting applications for EACH EVENT INDIVIDUALLY, so you'll only need to apply for the events you're interested in attending!
📍 LOCATION
All events will be held at The Regional Library and Arts Center, AKA the Warrior Armory, in Warrior, Alabama!
✨ VENDOR CATEGORIES
To keep our events curated, balanced, and fun for both vendors and guests, we aim to accept no more than 3–5 vendors per category. Similar vendors will be spaced out as much as possible to help everyone shine!
We would especially LOVE to welcome more interactive experiences including henna, tarot readings, balloon animals, caricature art, temporary tattoos, hair tinsel, children's activities, and other fun experiences for guests to enjoy! 🔮🎨

📍 BOOTH SPACES & FEES
We offer both indoor and outdoor spaces!
• 8x8 Indoor | $60
• 10x10 Indoor/Outdoor | $70
• 10x20 Indoor/Outdoor | $120
• Food Trucks | $100 flat rate
Please include the size of your food truck in your application!
⚡ Power access must be requested in your application and is ONLY available for indoor vendors.
🎶 LIVE MUSIC
We love incorporating live music into our events! At this time, performing is a volunteer opportunity, as we are unable to offer financial compensation.
Musicians are welcome to request a FREE vendor space to sell merchandise during the event. Just let us know in your application! 🎸

📣 A personalized advertisement post to help promote your business before the event!
We also offer sponsorship opportunities for just $100! Message us for more information about becoming a sponsor. 🤎

• The event you're applying for
• Quality photos of your products or work
• Your business logo, if available
🚨 YOU MUST EMAIL PHOTOS TO BE CONSIDERED FOR APPROVAL! We do not accept vendor photos through Facebook Messenger.
⏳ WHEN WILL YOU HEAR BACK?
You can expect a response within TWO WEEKS of submitting your application. Please be patient while we review applications and work on building the best possible lineup for each event!
