We're thinking that we might put an arbor/shade structure with picnic tables. In addition to rebuilding the concession stand.

The fence construction is finished. To reduce dust spread, we started attaching cloth material to the bottom part.

Progress is being made this week, albeit at a slower pace than anticipated. We expect completion to occur within the month.

The fence installation is moving forward, albeit at a slower rate than we had hoped for.

Half of the fence post are in. Great progress was made.

Finally the old fence is coming down and the new fence will be going up!!

Yesterday at 12:43, three young individuals were captured on camera inside the BMX track, which is designated as private property. Future incidents will result in citations for trespassing, as warning signs are clearly posted.

Once the perimeter is secured, we'll be working to have the concession stand rebuilt. Having bathrooms on the premises will be a big improvement.

New chain link fence will be installed this month...

Property survey was finalized this week. We have little flags marking the corners.

Hopefully it will be submitted to the county soon and we can move forward with the rehabilitation process.
