✨Natural Edge Milo Wood Bowl✨
This natural edge Milo wood bowl is very special, made from the wood of a Milo tree sustainably-sourced and locally-grown on Big Island of Hawaii, then hand-turned by wood artisan, Llosh Winne in his small Hawaii wood shop. The artist maintained a natural edge with bark inclusion, then added decorative bright blue turquoise gemstone inlay, complementing the organically-ocurring light and dark colors of the Milo wood. This beautiful, natural-edge wood bowl is a work of art. This bowl reminds me of coffee and cream 🥰
Milo wood is a rare Hawaiian wood, rumored to have been used only by the chiefs in Ancient Hawaii. It was also grown around the temples in Tahiti and is considered a spiritual wood, connected to chant and prayer.
Polished with the highest quality, organic finishing products, this bowl is food safe and chemical-free. Perfect for a table centerpiece, wedding gift or home décor item. This bowl is intended to be a forever piece, and will last for generations when cared for properly. Each purchase comes with a small tub of beeswax as our gift to you, which can be used to polish and maintain the health and longevity of the bowl, so it can shine and be everlasting.
