Check out our dark night skies!!
✨ LOOK UP TONIGHT! ✨Jupiter and Venus are together in the sky.
Look to the west after sunset, two of the brightest objects in the entire night sky; Venus and Jupiter, are appearing side-by-side in a stunning planetary conjunction! 🌌👀
While they look like cozy neighbors tonight, they are actually separated by a huge distance:
Venus: Sitting at roughly 112 million miles away from us.
Jupiter: About 560 million miles away from Earth!
⏱️ How to watch:
1. When: Tonight, right after sunset. The planets will set at 11 PM
2. Where: Look to the west
3. Gear: None needed! Bonus points if you use a telescope.
Tag a friend to let them know about the conjunction, and let me know if you spot them! 👇☄️
