Last year, The Burning Cauldron of Firey Fire set the Vineyard Theatre stage ablaze and we were thrilled to design and build their puppets and provide puppetry guidance!

Monkey Boys Productions is urgently seeking a highly organized Human Resources & Financial Administrator to join our team in Hatfield, PA. This is a critical, dual-focused role responsible for the daily operation and management of all our Human Resources and financial activities. Reporting directly to our Co-Owners and Operations Manager, you will act as our internal consultant and subject matter expert on HR best practices, process compliance, and complex administrative issues. We are looking for someone who can continuously review and recommend improvements to our administrative processes to increase both efficiency and accuracy.
