Meet the cast of Nana’s Naughty Knickers, opening this Friday!!

Bob Alfeche (UPS Man, Voice) is over the moon with excitement to be making his onstage debut at VPH! He’s been entertained by shows at VPH as an audience member over the last 10 years. He started auditioning 2 years ago and is so grateful to be cast in Nana’s Naughty Knickers! He would like to thank his incredibly supportive wife and daughter for encouraging him. He would also like to thank his family and friends. And finally, Annalise (thank you for the opportunity, patience, and education) Kevin (thank you for your tips and pointers) and to the incredibly talented and supportive cast & crew he’s had the privilege to work with. He hopes you enjoy and appreciate all the hard work they’ve put in to bring you this show.

Michael Sammartino (UPS Man) Is nerve-cited to be on stage for the first time as UPS man. He would like to thank his loving and supportive wife Lauren and the director, Annalise, for casting him and giving him a chance. Previously Mike has been behind the scenes as stage manager for Now and Then, and lights and sound for Kongs Night Out, Moon Over Buffalo and Is He Dead.

Our Patron Appreciation Nights are a small way for us to say thank you to the supporters, volunteers, audience members, and friends who continue to lift up the Village Players of Hatboro.

Community theatre only exists because of the people who believe in it, show up for it, and help keep the curtain rising.

Auditions for People, Places, and Things are officially next month!

What happens when your life spirals completely out of control and the only way forward is to start over?
People, Places & Things is a sharp, funny and deeply human play about an actress who whose life takes an unexpected turn when forced to face a reality she can no longer ignore. Emma confronts her addiction, her career, her relationships and the person she has become.
It’s not only a story about addiction. But identity, escape, connection and what it takes to truly change. With biting humor, emotional honesty and a theatrical world that blurs the lines between reality and performance, the play takes audiences on a wild, unpredictable journey alongside Emma as she tries to figure out who she is when she can longer hide behind a mask.

Auditions for Loving Lives are in two weeks!

It’s 1948, it’s the dead of winter, and it’s time for “Loving Lives,” a radio soap opera on its last legs. A pompous romantic lead, an incapacitated announcer, an obnoxious kazoo-toting child star, and multiple off-the-air seductions all contribute to the hilarious demise of the radio show.

A brand new season is about to kick off at The Village Players of Hatboro!

Our 79th season starts with the hilarious comedy, Nana’s Naughty Knickers, directed by Annalise Settefrati. Show dates are September (2026) 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, 26 at 7:30PM | 13, 20 at 2PM.

Next is the emotional and funny Stop/Kiss by Diana Son, directed by Ashley Lora-Lee. Show dates are November (2026) 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21 at 7:30PM | 8, 17 at 2PM.

The new year brings another delightful comedy, Loving Lives by Alan D. Haehnel, directed by Ryan Kremp. Show dates are January (2027) 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 23 at 7:30PM | 10, 17 at 2PM.

Things get intense in March with People, Places, and Things by Duncan MacMillan, directed by Kevin Christian. Show dates are March (2027) 12, 13, 19, 20, 26, 27 at 7:30PM | 14, 21 at 2PM.

Finally, Season 79 wraps up with big laughs in Theatre People, or the Angel Next Door, by Paul Slade Smith, directed by Steven J. Niles. Show dates are May (2027) 7, 8, 14, 15, 21, 22 at 7:30PM | 9, 16 at 2PM.
