WE ARE BACK!!!!!

First of all we would like to apologize for being away for so long, but we have returned!

And we come bearing gifts in the form of new project called SINKING AND SWIMMING!

Sinking and Swimming is a story about mental illness. It is a semi-autobiographical story about two women, Mary and Isabella, who are struggling to balance their mental health diagnoses and life. They try to do what they can with what life has thrown at them: whether it is by reasoning, ignoring, or finally embracing it.

Starring:

Simone Silva as Mary, a woman who lives with depression and suicidal thoughts

Rebecca Martinez as Isabella, a woman who lives with anxiety, depression, and O.C.D.

Rishi Arya as Mark, a counselor who runs a local support group for individuals living with mental illness

Jack London as Paul, Mary's sort of ex-boyfriend who creates a turning point for Mary

This project is a personal one for many involved, and we are beyond excited to be sharing it with you. We hope many of you will join us on this journey as we fight to end the stigma around mental health and create a conversation about a subject that is sometimes seen as taboo to talk about.
