“Matilda” rehearsals continue this week! The ‘students’ are learning the songs, props are already coming in and our show shirts are already getting distributed — thanks Nine Eagles Promotions!! Director Stacy keeping things in order and working one-on-one with the performers to start figuring out their characters. Finally, a little 🖤 (from 2019) for found in the wall of the construction shop.

Black Dirt Theater Presents “Matilda,” coming to stage July 24-August 1. Sign up now to be a part of this incredible story as Roald Dahl’s classic comes to life with BDT. With many great roles for all ages, this show is a great opportunity for our community members to be part of a BDT summer musical! Everyone involved with our production of “Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead” knew we were doing something special - bringing the combined talent of William Shakespeare and Sir Tom Stoppard to life!

Winning an Oscar for the screenplay for Shakespeare In Love, he captivated the hearts of audiences for more than six decades.
