Our beautiful building has spaces on our second floor to either lease or use this summer for special events ❤️
We can imagine all kinds of great things that could call this place home or to use as popup space—Spa, pottery painting, yoga/pilates, boutiques, business offices, restaurant popups, etc.

We also have a great new space on 2nd street that is available if you prefer the 2nd street foot traffic.
