Our Story

Boxcar Youth Theatre provides several workshops and performance opportunities each year to students from preschool through early college. We strive to create positive learning experience, plus family-friendly performances for the community. We exist primarily due to grant monies, sponsorships and donations. Our focus is on our BYTC kids. The money we take in goes directly back into making better experiences for the children.

We also strive to be all-inclusive. Any child who wishes to participate can do so in some capacity. Sometimes, camps or workshop are just the ticket; other students work behind the scenes, focusing on makeup, lights, sound and set. Our caring staff and volunteers are here to show everyone the magic of theatre!
