Hastings Prescott Arts Council The mission of Hastings Prescott Arts Council is to foster and promote the arts in the Hastings and Prescott communities.

Two bridges connect two communities at the confluence of the Mississippi and St Croix River. HPAC aims to build the Hastings Prescott area into a place where artists and the arts thrive; where artists of all disciplines can live and work and where the arts are a part of the daily lives of our communities.

Special thanks to Kathy O'Keefe and Hastings Prescott Art Council for hosting our STAARS Students this past school year for Art Fun-day Fridays for Recreation and Leisure. This Friday, students painted clay pots and planted flowers for their mom's for Mother's Day! Our Students have very much enjoyed the opportunity to explore their artistic talents.
