Meet Ron: Master of Duck Decoys! 🦆

As a dedicated member of the Unorthodox Woodcarvers, Ron has honed his craft in creating stunning, lifelike duck decoys that are as much art as they are tradition. Being a traditional decoy carver, he uses historical techniques such as using white cedar and hollowing the middle.

Each duck he carves tells a story- of patience, skill, and a deep respect for nature. From the intricate feather details to the perfect balance of form, Ron’s work captures waterfowl in ways that few others can. His decoys aren’t just for show; they’re made with the same care and precision that have defined generations of master carvers!
