DJ Jubilee: Living Legend DJ Jubilee is originally from St. Thomas Projects in the New Orleans 10th Ward; a graduate of Walter L. Cohen High School and Grambling State University.

He started off DJing at block parties; creating Bounce Music which catapulted across the Gulf Coast.
