ON THIS DAY 50-YEARS AGO my wonderful wife agreed to take my hand in marriage! That's a good start, right? Yes, we were but mere kids. You know this is true when you meet me, as most think, "he's not old enough to be his age!"

It is my hope that each of you find someone who can't wait until you get off work so you can spend the rest of each day together.

WE HAVE TWINS! Twin dobro guitar straps, that is. We've talked about musicians having to DIY something out of the ordinary-- I recently built a brown custom, handcrafted, leather guitar strap for Steve Smiley of Self Inflicted Would. He liked it so much he requested a 2nd one in black.

PROPS to those artists with the spirit of community open to collaboration with other Huntsville area artists! Case I point: It was heart-warming to see Trey Allred on drums, and Caleb Weems on bass as they supported local artist Dwight Lang's recording project here at Silver Fox Sound.
