Hartsburg Pumpkin Festival

Good evening!! Wanted to give everyone an update on applications. We have been working on going through applications and placing return vendors and then placing new vendors in booths. Numerous hours have been spent on this and had a master document that we were using. Unfortunately, yesterday we found out that the master document was no where to be found on our computer. We are upset and frustrated. What this means for vendors? It will probably take me a couple of weeks to recreate and enter all the information back into another document. We are extremely sorry for the delay. We know everyone is anxiously awaiting decisions so more decisions can be made on your end. Please know we are working diligently to get this done and get decisions to you. Once again, we are extremely sorry.

Just as a reminder, returning vendors that joined us last year, their application is due tomorrow!! April 15th at midnight!!!

After that deadline, returning vendors are still allowed to put in their applications, but it will just mean that there is no guarantee of being in the festival this year.

So, get those applications in!!!

Please keep Mr Paul Nichols family in your thoughts and prayers. He was the 2025 Honorary Pumpkin King. RIP sir. Thank you for all you did for Hartsburg.

American Legion has lost a great and wonderful man today. Mr Paul Nichols a WWII veteran.

He will be missed.

Please pray for his family as they deal with this loss.

Applications will go live Mon, March 16th at Noon.

The 2026 application forms will be available under the vendor tab on our website at the end of February or beginning of March, and a notification will be posted on Facebook when they go live.

T minus 10hrs to the beginning of the festival!

We will be using the fields to park in. The rain was much needed and just more of an annoyance. Things will be ran like normal.
