Session 2 wrapped up WISTA Summer Orchestra Camp like true rockstars! ⭐ Campers enjoyed a tractor ride through camp, swimming, camper awards, and a picnic dinner before taking the stage for their concert.

🎻 Our Session 2 campers dived into rehearsals and made new friends. We’re so proud of how quickly these young musicians are coming together and can’t wait to see (and hear!) the WISTA magic unfold at their camp concert tomorrow night

WISTA Summer Orchestra Camp has officially started! Today we kick off Session 1 of WISTA Summer Orchestra Camp and we are excited to welcome our new and returning campers from across Wisconsin and Illinois for three days filled with music, friendships, fun, and unforgettable memories.

🎻 We’re Hiring Summer Orchestra Camp Counselors! 🎻

WISTA Summer Orchestra Camp is looking for enthusiastic counselors to join our team this summer!

We’re seeking string musicians with experience playing violin, viola, cello, and/or double bass who are excited to mentor young string students and help create a fun, supportive camp experience.

Requirements:
*Must be 17 or older.
*Passion for teaching and mentoring and inspiring young musicians.
*Lead sectionals and participate in camp activities.

WISTA Counselors lead sectional rehearsals where campers learn the camp theme song, an Orff song, and a "Special Song" chosen by their counselor.
