This month, I had the honor of taking the stage at@yale 's Invisible Disabilities Conference as part of the closing session.

It was a powerful experience to bring storytelling, humor, and lived experience into a space centered on visibility, access, and real conversations that matter.

I was especially proud to share the stage with Elizabeth Lalor, who I met in a comedy class — a visually impaired performer and cancer thriver whose strength, humor, and presence made the moment even more meaningful.

There’s something special about seeing people step into their voice and having the opportunity to share space as that journey unfolds.

Grateful for the experience and looking forward to what’s ahead.

Old friends. Real history.

Lisa Cortés and I have made beautiful, meaningful work together over the years — the kind of work that stays with people and continues to matter long after it’s created.

To see her continue to rise, lead, and be recognized for her storytelling at the highest levels is powerful.

From award-winning films to shaping conversations through culture, Lisa’s work speaks for itself.

Grateful for the moments, the collaboration, and the continued connection.

Make sure you’re following — if you don’t know her work, you should.

Tonight reminded me how powerful it is to be in community with people who get it.

I had the chance to attend an incredible dinner alongside some brilliant minds doing meaningful work in accessibility and disability advocacy.

Kenya Loudd, who brought this gathering together, is doing extraordinary work at Yale, researching the history of deaf and blind African Americans in the South. Her work is as powerful as her presence.

And Jordan Colbert… I’ve known him since his early days at Yale, and it’s been amazing to watch his growth. He’s doing impactful work in assistive technology and continues to create space for others.

What stayed with me most was the feeling in the room.

As someone living with a disability, it can get lonely. Spaces like this remind you that you are not alone, that your experience is shared, understood, and valued.

There was laughter, connection, creativity, and yes, even a little bit of magic.

I’m really glad I got myself out and showed up.

Sometimes, that’s where everything begins.

Honoring the memory of Ted Childs.

I attended his funeral recently, and like so many moments in life, it didn’t unfold the way I expected. But even in the midst of everything, what stayed with me most was the reminder of connection, community, and the people who leave a lasting imprint on our lives.

Ted was one of those people.

I’m grateful for the memories, the conversations, and the space he held in this world.

Rest well, Ted. You are deeply missed. ❤️

This time last year, I had the honor of opening for at the Hartford Funny Bone.

For those who are new here — welcome. I’ve been building, learning, and showing up in rooms like this, one stage at a time.

Grateful for the opportunity, and even more grateful to still be doing the work.

This night was something truly special. Candlelight Concerts by Fever

What was meant to be a Valentine’s Day gift turned into a beautiful surprise a month later — and it was worth every moment. Nana gifted me tickets to Candlelight: A Tribute to Adele at the Bijou Theatre in Bridgeport, and the experience was nothing short of magical.

2,500 candles.
A room filled with music reimagined through strings.
And a chance to slow down and simply be present.

I hadn’t been on a date in a month, and this night reminded me how important it is to make space for joy — even in the middle of everything life brings.

Grateful for love, music, and moments like these.
