CRAFT OR CRASH OUT IS BACK!

Our monthly adults-only craft nights are officially returning, and this month we’re celebrating Pride by making custom felt PRIDE pennant flags at Night Fall Studio!

And honestly... we can’t make Pride flags without our favorite Tía, Evy from Hasta Luego Friend! She’ll be helping us stay energized with cafecito, matcha, and more as we bring these colorful creations to life.

Not feeling particularly crafty? That’s okay too. Lee will be hanging out front holding down the CRASH OUT zone for anyone who needs more decompression than DIY. There will be seating, a fire playlist, games, and plenty of space to chill, vent, laugh, and just exist in community for a little while.

But we’ve got this. Together.

For those who have joined us since our inaugural Día de Mu***os Celebración in 2023, thank you. What began as a small community gathering has grown each year because of your support, your stories, your loved ones, and your trust in us to hold this space together.

We’re excited to announce that our Fourth Annual Día de Mu***os Celebración will take place on Sunday, November 1, 2026, from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM.

Over the past three years, we’ve listened closely to feedback from attendees, volunteers, artists, vendors, and community members. As a result, we’re making some exciting changes this year—including a new location that we’re thrilled to share with you soon.

This celebration has always been about honoring our loved ones, sharing cultural traditions, creating opportunities for healing, and gathering in community. We can’t wait to welcome you back for another meaningful day of remembrance, connection, art, food, music, and storytelling.

FOURTH ANNUAL DÍA DE MU***OS CELEBRACIÓN — FEATURED ARTIST CALL

We are seeking a Mexican, Mexican American, or Mexico-rooted artist to design this year’s Día de Mu***os Celebración flyer and event artwork.

We are especially drawn to artists whose work reflects ancestry, memory, tradition, storytelling, and the spirit of Día de Mu***os — but all styles are welcome as long as they honor the cultural heart of the celebration.

This opportunity includes:
- A $300 artist honorarium
- Featured credit across event promotional materials
- A tote bag, sweater, and stickers featuring your original artwork

We deeply respect artists’ time and creative labor. Applicants may either:
- Submit a flyer concept/design draft, OR
- Send a portfolio or 3 pieces that reflect your work — especially artwork inspired by Mexican heritage, culture, or Día de los Mu***os themes

HOW TO APPLY:
