What a perfect way to end our summer season with our "Having a Banana Ball" kickball game featuring dancers versus parents, followed by a wonderful cookout/potluck! It was such a beautiful day to come together, enjoy quality time, and celebrate as Energizer families.

I must say, I now understand exactly where our dancers get their competitive spirit. The parents won both rounds, and the champions of our very first inaugural Kickball Challenge are the All-Star and Tiny Team parents! Thank you to all of the families, coaches and dancers for a fantastic summer season and a great day together!

It’s officially here! Registration is OPEN for our 2026 Fall Semester!

We’ve been working hard to add more classes, more variety, and more styles this year! We’ll have Contemporary, Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Hip Hop, Tumbling, Tiny Tots, Youth Combo, P*e Wee Stars, Mini Stars, and Junior Stars!

Whether your dancer is brand new or has been dancing with us for years, we have something for everyone. We can’t wait to get back in the studio and start another great semester!

Classes begin the week of September 21st, we can't wait to see your dancers soon ✨

A year ago today, we had the honor of becoming part of history for our sport! We became the first ever Performance Cheer WORLD GAMES CHAMPIONS! It was an incredible journey filled with so many amazing friends made along the way! Looking back on this moment is surreal and we are so grateful for the experience. This will always be one of our proudest moments!

Thank you to everyone with for the opportunity and especially Looie, Stacy, and Lizzy, to for pushing our sport forward, to our program and athletes for dreaming big and to our competitors who have become dear friends! What a privilege it is to say we all were a part of something so inspiring, incredible, and unforgettable! We made history! 💙

Camp Flo-Rida: Having a “BLAST TOAST ON THE COAST!” We saw so many dolphins along the way. What started out with rain earlier ended in the most beautiful, spectacular and brilliant sunset! We danced, sang, swam, found all kinds of seashells, made a toast and of course sang so many of our “traditions!” Could not have asked for a better way to end Camp Fun!!

Day 4: Camp Flo-Rida Volume V

Our morning started off with some team building by the pool. Each group of “roommates” created a song that they wrote and sang describing their experience at Camp Fun. They were so creative and super fun. Afterwards we went to UTC outdoor shops. They each were challenged to find an item that describes a routine for this season before heading to the famous Fidget shop. After listening and learning more about each teammate, we concluded that this team loves sushi so we decided to go to the Grand Buffet before heading to Anna Maria island. This was the first time we have taken the team to this beach but unfortunately the rain followed. We didn’t let it bother us, instead we sang, played games and laughed a lot before the rain cleared up and we boarded our sunset cruise!! That deserves its on post!!!! We concluded with shaved ice at Rita’s, a Target run and more hot tub and swimming!

Day 3: Camp Flo-Rida Volume 5

Today we started our morning with crepes! We did some team meetings and then went to Manasota Beach to look for shark teeth. We had tacos for a late lunch before heading to the UTC Mall. They shopped for a while and then we went to Siesta Key for a beautiful sunset. The frog trolley picked them up and took them to Siesta Village. Afterwards we went to Wellen Park and had a late dinner at Oak & Stone. Lots of sunshine, laughing and creating memories together!

Day 2: Camp Flo-Rida Volume V

The team slept in after a very busy day 1! We woke up and ate pancakes and played get to know your teammates and ask me anything at the pool. We went swimming, took golf cart rides to the slides and waterfalls at the clubhouse and started our team meetings by grade. Afterwards we went for dinner at Made in Italy, went to Detwilers for ice-cream, went to the Venice Pier and ended the night with a drum circle and beautiful sunset at Nakomis beach. Once we got back we played Senior trivia by the pool and relaxed in the hot tub.
