My journey started with dance. 💃🏻 I wanted to get into the best shape of my life. In 2016 at the age of 41 years old I said YES to myself. I lost 10 pounds... Gained the confidence I was lacking, felt energized and alive. 🔥

My life had been transformed for the better. I attracted the love of my life, received my calling to be a life coach, wealth, joy and happiness.

Today I am able to enjoy and live my best life ever because I said YES to change, took action and got results. 💪🏼
