Originally founded by the Ohio County Times News as the Hartford Octoberfest, the City of Hartford took over the struggling festival around 2013 and is building it back as one of the county's premier festivals! Held the first full weekend in October, the newly named Hartford Harvest Festival features food, crafts, games, a beauty pageant, and more! Look for vendor application forms to sign up for this annual event and be a part of this wonderful community festival!
