Today was a SINGULAR SENSATION!

“A Chorus Line” holds such a special place in Broadway, and dance history. It is an iconic musical and we loved bringing our tap spin to “One”!
Choreograph: Katie Cavenagh

We are really loving our monthly musical theater tap classes! Want to join ~the line~ our next class is November 14th!

Wonderful work to all our dancers today who came to class and stayed for company rehearsal! More sneak peaks to come 🎩

Hoofer’s Line!

As a tap dancer in CTC, improvisation is central to our work and is deeply rooted in the historical context of tap and jazz dance. Moving down and back in our hoofer’s line allows every dancer two bars to show off their improv skills and root ourselves not just as individuals, but a tap dance community!

We would like to start a tap history feature on some of our posts! What tap dance icon should we feature first?! Who are some of your inspirations?!
