Yesterday, an eager group of 5th & 6th grade drama students travelled with Mrs. VanderZanden to attend a Puppeteering/Storytelling Workshop at Storybook Village in Pentwater! Ms. Barbara, assisted by Ms. Carol, were amazing teachers of their “art” and shared that true storytelling shines when you step INTO the adventure yourself, BECOME the character , and allow your IMAGINATION & CREATIVITY grace to GO BIG! Excited to see next steps for these puppeteer ambassadors! A huge shout out and THANK YOU to Barbara & Friends at Storybook Village and to the Pentwater Arts Council for collaborating with us and supporting this INCREDIBLE opportunity!

Last night, Hart Middle & High School students had an opportunity to go see Muskegon Civic Theatre’s production of “Anastasia” at the Frauenthal. It was a truly AMAZING show and incredible experience for our performing arts students to share together! A HUGE thank you to Pentwater Art Council for the grant they awarded our programs to make this special evening possible for our students! 💞

So fun to go and support our fellow theatre nerds at Shelby High School's show, Murder for Dummies! You can still catch this comedy tomorrow night at 6:30PM and Sunday at 4. Great job to the cast and crew!
