We’re getting excited for our Youth Performer Orientation & Auditions this Sunday, August 23rd!

⚠️ PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED

Both the youth applicant AND their parent/legal guardian must be present for the orientation.

Because we will be completing required paperwork, a youth applicant cannot remain at the event if a parent/legal guardian is not present to complete and sign the necessary forms. Please plan to attend together.

📄 DON’T FORGET THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE!

Please bring your youth performer’s birth certificate or a copy of the birth certificate. This is needed for the Missouri Department of Labor paperwork.

📋 FIRST HALF — ORIENTATION & PAPERWORK

The first half of our event will focus on the Youth Performer Program and completing the required State of Missouri paperwork. We’ll go through the forms together and discuss expectations, supervision, safety, scheduling, and what families can expect from the program.

Parents — you do not need to have the State forms figured out before you arrive. We’ll work through them together.

⏸️ BREAK

Once we finish the orientation and paperwork portion, we’ll take a brief 15-minute break. This will give everyone a chance to stretch, grab a drink, and let our youth performers get ready for the fun part!

🎭 SECOND HALF — AUDITIONS!

After the break, it’s time to see what our youth performers can do! We’ll be looking at personality, creativity, character commitment, ability to take direction, and their willingness to step outside their comfort zone and have some fun.

🎃 WHAT A GREAT DAY FOR AUDITIONS! 🎃

We are so grateful to everyone who came out today, stepped outside their comfort zone, and showed us what they've got! 🖤

We saw some incredible personalities, creativity, talent, and most importantly, potential! You definitely gave our team plenty to talk about as we begin reviewing evaluations and working on placements for Terror at the Ranch 2026!

To everyone who came out today—THANK YOU! You made our first audition day a great one.

Now comes the hard part...figuring out where all of you monsters belong!

We will be hosting makeup auditions for those who couldn't make today but would still like a chance to show us your stuff! Please arrive by 3:45pm to promptly start auditions by 4:00.

Approved youth (Ages 12-15) will now have the opportunity to become part of the scares at Terror at the Ranch!

⚠️ PARENTS/LEGAL GUARDIANS: This is a commitment for BOTH you and your Youth Performer. Parent participation is required throughout the season, along with orientation, required paperwork, supervision, and training.

AT THIS TIME, WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR YOUTH AGES 12–15. If you are 16 and older please complete the form a few post back and attend the Auditions on Sunday, August 16th
