I had such a bitter sweet afternoon. I think I had my last paint party at my studio on main Street in Harrison. I've been moving things out all week. All with so many memories of so many great events with so many wonderful people. YOU supporting ME ! In a dream come true. You've come and painted with me with just my basic fun knowledge of how to make a work of art your own. I really really appreciate YOU ! I know so many of you have our paintings for every season, for just for the fun of it and the pile may need to have their own room ! I am blown away by your dedication and love of painting with me ! THANK YOU !!
My events will carry on. At many venues around the area and beyond !
My paintings are now for sale at several restaurants. And in my studio this week only ! Between $30 - $50 !!!

After much thought and reflection, I’m announcing the closing of my paint and sip studio, which first opened its doors in 2014.

Over the years, we’ve shared so many unforgettable moments—laughter, creativity, connection—and created countless beautiful paintings together. What started as a simple idea grew into something truly special because of all of you who showed up, picked up a brush, and made it your own.

While this chapter is coming to a close, it’s not the end. A new studio is currently being built, and I’m so excited for what’s ahead. In the meantime, classes will continue! You can still find me hosting events at local restaurants, community halls, churches, schools, and even private homes.

The Painted Turtle Art Studio will continue to bring art, fun, and creativity into our community—just in new and flexible ways.

Thank you for being part of this journey. The best is yet to come. 🎨
