The Art Association of Harrisburg is pleased to present "Repetition & Adaptations / Ordinary Life, Up Close", a two-artist invitational exhibition that will be on view from February 23 through April 4. The 35TH ANNUAL HARRISBURG GALLERY WALK, held on Sunday, September 10, from noon to 5 p.m., will showcase art exhibitions in 20 different venues, plus tours of the City’s murals conducted by Sprocket Mural Works!

This FREE public art event is a highlight of Harrisburg’s annual cultural scene, with both formal exhibition spaces and alternative ones, such as the City’s historic churches. The Art Association of Harrisburg founded Gallery Walk 35 years ago as a way to introduce all the City’s exhibition venues to the public, to show people they could find great art right here, without travelling to New York and other larger metropolitan centres.

The map for Gallery Walk will be posted at www.artassocofhbg.com, and printed brochures will be available at the venues.

The Art Association of Harrisburg will open their 95th annual Juried Exhibition on June 30 with a reception from 5-8 p.m. featuring live music by Free the Tweeds. The Juried Exhibition includes a wide variety of media and styles, and will be on view through August 24.
