Today, we’re looking back at 2022, when Open Stage produced JOLENE: A DOLLY PARTON SONG CYCLE, a celebration of the extraordinary music of Dolly Parton.

What an artist Dolly was. A songwriter. A singer. A performer. A businesswoman. A philanthropist. A storyteller. And, by seemingly every account, an extraordinary human being.

We feel incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to celebrate her work on our stage, and to spend that time living inside the songs she gave the world.

In Dolly’s memory, here is Carly Lafferty singing “I Will Always Love You,” with Maggie Haynes and Madison Eppley on backup vocals, alongside our amazing band.

Thank you for the songs, Dolly. We will always love you. ❤️

A Broadway Cabaret at Fort Hunter was a smash hit. Open Stage was thrilled to perform a concert of our favorite showtunes for Dauphin County Parks Sunset Music and Movie Series.
