One of our YTT assignments from was coming up with our own logo and business card (not a new studio, not a new business) bc we will all be sub contractors and teaching different places after graduation. Lindsay is passionate about helping us to be prepared for the “what’s next”. It’s truly beautiful on her part. Here’s a few designs I am playing around with. I am trying to blend my yoga and my art together. Speaking of combining the two…Thanks for allowing noble silence with coloring from pages that I created. I love a good collaboration and to see how people bring my drawings to life w their choices of color, placement and material.

Tonight I had students pick an affirmation card before we started our practice. If the card resonated with them they could keep it and take it with them as daily reminder. If it didn’t they could give it back. I had so much fun teaching tonight. Great flow, great music, great energy! Join me next Thursday 4:30 and 5:45. Same time, same station!
