WOW! We received one of the highest volumes of orders we’ve had in a very long time from our Labor Day sales, and we are incredibly thankful for every single order! 🥹🩷

Our team is working NONSTOP to get everyone’s orders completed as quickly as possible. We just ask for a little patience while we work through this very large volume of orders.

We are currently receiving an overwhelming number of calls and messages asking:
• Will my order be ready today?
• What time will my order be ready?
• Can you check if my order went through correctly?
• Can you check the status of my order?

We completely understand that everyone is excited and needs their orders. ❤️ However, stopping to look up individual orders, answer calls, and respond to messages throughout the day is taking our team away from printing, processing and completing those orders, as well as helping the customers who are currently shopping in our store.

If your order is still within the turnaround time listed above, we kindly ask that you please wait for your ORDER READY notification before calling or messaging for an update.

We promise—we are working as quickly as we can! 💪🩷 As soon as your order is completed, you will receive a notification letting you know it is ready for pickup.

Friends, we are officially out of time in each day! 🥹❤️

It’s after 7PM, our store is closed for the day… and we are STILL here printing DTF orders! 😅

We have tried our very best to continue offering same-day turnaround, but with the incredible amount of orders coming in during this busy school & football season, we simply cannot keep up with same-day printing right now.

❤️ UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, OUR NEW DTF TURNAROUND TIME WILL BE:
✨ SAME-DAY TO NEXT-DAY.

🚨We will simply print until 5pm to allow you time to pick-up your orders before we close. If you have not received a notification by 5pm, your order will be ready the following day (no time frame)

We promise we will ALWAYS work as quickly as we can, and if we can get your order done sooner, WE WILL! 🙌🏼
