Brown Racing Team

Another season is in the books for the Brown Racing Team. Paul’s decision to join Tyler on a Polaris this year definitely paid off with the team achieving 3 Pro Factory wins, 3 Pro Open wins, 1 Semi Pro win, numerous additional podium appearances, and the big win at the Soo I-500 with the Hetteen Heritage Racing team. A weekend didn’t go by without one or both of the boys on the podium. We are so proud of both.
As with anything new, there was a little trial and error to learn the proper terrain setup for the Polaris chassis, but the final race of the year showed great results. Overall, Paul finished the battle for the Pro Factory 600 season points in 2nd place, and Tyler and Paul finished 2nd in the Team Race season points…Congratulations.
We are grateful for the support of everyone at the Polaris race department, our friends, fans and sponsors, and the opportunity to keep doing what we love.

Ended the year on a high note at the Copper Country 100 this weekend! Paul finished 1st in Pro Open and 2nd in Pro Factory!

Tyler was back again this weekend too. He finished 6th in Semi-Pro Improved. He had a tip over in Semi-Pro Factory and finished in 11th

Ironwood XC event in the books!
Each day was a separate round with both a Pro Open and Factory final. Paul had a few mistakes here and there but recovered and came home with lots of top 5s.

Saturday:
Open- 5th
Factory-4th

Sunday:
Open- 4th
Factory-4th

Tyler was busy with work this week and unfortunately couldn’t make it to the race.

Off to Houghton this weekend for a nice close race for Paul!

Snodeo 200 recap:

Saturday: Paul finished 1st and 2nd in his two Pro Open motos for a first overall! Thanks again to Hetteen Heritage Racing for letting Paul race the 54 Mod.
Tyler was struggling with sled issues all day. While fighting for the lead in the Semi-Pro IMP final problems started again an he fell back. He still ended up finishing 7th.

Sunday: Paul crashed in the qualifier race in the morning which made him start from the back row in the Pro-Factory final. He had a good start and slowly worked his way forward to finish 2nd!
Tyler qualified 2nd for his final. He got off to a good start and made his way into the lead. While leading he had his hand slip off the handle bars due to all the water on the track and fell off his sled. He got back on and finished 10th.

Glad everyone is okay, on to the Michigan races in 2 weeks!

Paul makes it 2 in a row for Pro Open! New this weekend was a 2 moto format for Pro Open. Paul finished 1st in Moto 1 and 2nd in Moto 2 for a 1st Overall!
