About the Part Time Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven Business Development & Partnerships Manager to help grow our expanding play center.
In this role, you’ll lead strategic partnerships, secure sponsorships, build strong community ties, and support targeted marketing efforts that drive foot traffic, revenue, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage partnerships including seasonal campaigns, and ongoing collaborations.
• Maintain and grow with new potential sponsors and partners.
• Build and nurture relationships with local schools, daycares, parent groups,community centers and family organizations.
• Organize and promote community events, playgroups, school field trips, sensory-friendly hours, and charity partnerships.
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns, social media content, email newsletters, and local advertising to highlight partnerships and events.
• Creative promotional materials.
• Strong local network or ability to quickly build one.
•Work remotely within person meetings and events occasionally.
•Canva experience required
