If you are interested/have questions please email: [email protected]

Possible positions include:
Handlers –These people assigned to a special guest speaker. Tasks include showing speakers from place to place, getting coffee for them (you will be reimbursed), or answering any questions about navigating the campus. Tasks also include helping to register people throughout the weekend. Handlers should be on standby from 6-11pm the Wednesday-Saturday of the summit.

Note takers – We need note takers for every session to document what is being said. We especially need 6 note takers for Wednesday, September 26th to sit in on the closed-door working groups with the panelist and other special guests. In this job you're able to listen, take notes, and be a fly on the wall to a lot great minds. Note: it is possible that handlers can also be note takers

Videographers – Videos filmed are going to be for archival purposes to document what happened and what was talked about at this summit. We are especially looking for people who are knowledgeable about cameras and someone who can put a film together for the summit.
