Dance has always been my passion and my first love. I have danced since I was 2 years old and at a competitive level since the age of 5. I went to many different competitions when I was younger including Joe Tremaine’s dance conventions, one of the biggest names in the business. When I was 15, I went to Los Angeles because Tremaine was holding auditions for assistant dancers. There were thousands
of dancers auditioning and after 3 long months, I got a call asking to be part of their team. I traveled the world with them as an assistant. I have danced with some of the biggest names in the business. These include Joe Tremaine, Doug Caldwell, Marty Dew, Keri LaGrande, Derrick Schrader, Megan Sanett, Geo, Desiree Robins, etc. When I was 19, I decided to go to nursing school and graduated. I currently work in Women’s Care at Hannibal Regional Hospital. I recently got an amazing opportunity and the stars aligned for me to open my own studio, which is what I have always wanted. I have 3 beautiful children and a wife. Noah is 15, Jaekyn is 11, Bray’Leece is 8 and Alisha is…. can’t tell you she wouldn’t like that 😂. Alisha will be at the desk most days helping and she has been an amazing support system. I have so many plans for this studio season. This first spring season, will manly focus on technique and having a blast. I will be having either a showcase or a recital (tbd). I also plan on starting my competition Elite team and holding auditions in May. Thank you for starting this journey with me.
