OTR Kauai is back! We’ll be at the Kapa’a Art Walk in a prime spot on the lawn of the First Hawaiian Church, every first Saturday, open from 5:00-9:00. It’s a vibrant, fun fair with tons of great vendors and yummy food. Rain, wind, or shine!!!

Hats and more hats! We’ve partnered with Tula Hats to offer highest quality, hand made, fair trade hats. The crownless hat is the nicest we’ve found, and is a popular option on Kauai.

Over The Rainbow Kaua'i is a creators collective with a home base at the Hanalei farmers market. Founder Isabella Elliott has launched it as a vehicle for expressing creativity, entrepreneurship, community connection, and a gathering place for diversity, inclusion, and meaningful employment. OTR Kauai will be sourcing sustainably made, upcycled, and original art products to meet the needs of both visitors and locals alike for beautiful and high-quality basics in household, art, jewelry, and apparel.
