Two weeks from today, this monster Supernova line-up takes over the beach at Fort Monroe on Sunday!

Sunday is loaded from start to finish: Jeff Rosenstock, The Pietasters, King Yellowman, Bumpin Uglies, The Planet Smashers, A-100s, Marcia Aitken, Chris Murray, Rude Girl R***e, MC Lars, Millington-Band, The Skavelinas and Detroit Riddim Crew all hit the stage.

Two stages. Music all day. Ska, reggae, rocksteady, ska-punk and a whole lot more with the Chesapeake Bay just steps away.

And when the festival ends, the party keeps going with JER.Band, Omnigone, Los Mal Hablados and DJ Marv Mack.

We’re excited to announce a brand-new commemorative coin set for the 2026 Supernova Ska Festival! 🏁

Designed by Krees Borbon, this limited-edition set of two brass coins celebrates two legends who helped shape ska and reggae:

Each coin features a unique Supernova design on the front and a tribute to these iconic artists on the back.

Supernova is just 2 weeks away!

One of the things I'm most excited about is a saxophone coming to the festival. It was signed by The Skatalites in 1998 and donated by Middagh Goodwin to be auctioned off to benefit Alpha.

It was signed by The Skatalites on October 31, 1998 in Sonora CA during their Ball of Fire tour. It was also the last full show Roland ever played. Own a piece of history. Stop by and see it in the Alpha tent all weekend and talk to Joshua about taking it home.

Our stage manager Budman brought this absolute monster down from DC, and we’ve decided it’s time for the big guy to retire somewhere appropriate:

He’ll be cleaned-up before making his festival debut September 12–13 at Fort Monroe. Come say hello. Take a photo. Pay your respects to our new crustacean overlord.
