OPEN A BUSINESS AT SPELLBOUND
Permanent Village Shops, 2–5 year terms, enclosed/lockable spaces, build-out opportunities, starting at $28 per square foot.
We are currently evaluating concepts for future Village Shops and Spellbound Market placements.
Village Shop availability is extremely limited, and businesses are selected based not only on financial qualifications, but on how well the concept contributes to the overall Spellbound experience.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR OPERATORS, NOT JUST INVENTORY
The strongest Village Shop applicants will be businesses that want to become part of Spellbound itself.
That may mean dressing employees appropriately for the environment, designing merchandising around the building, demonstrating how products are made, offering special seasonal products, or simply creating a store guests remember long after they leave.
Spellbound will establish exterior design and presentation standards so the village maintains a cohesive environment.
Inside those boundaries, we want each merchant to have a personality of its own.

Hampton, Georgia | Fall 2026

Spellbound is looking for makers, artisans, oddities dealers, craftspeople, mystics, and creators to join the marketplace at our first fall festival.

But this is not a flea market.

Spellbound is an immersive 1600s witch-trial village where guests step into another world for the evening. Our market sits directly outside the village and serves as both the entrance and exit to the experience, so we're looking for vendors who can become part of that world. Alongside our vendors will be several immersive experiences, shows, and attractions like the Witch Hunt Escape Room, Hysteria Trail, Cauldron Bar, and more.

We’re especially interested in:

• Handmade leather goods
• Candles, soaps & bath products
• Apothecary-style products
• Jewelry & metalsmithing
• Pottery & ceramics
• Woodworking
• Artwork & illustration
• Witchcraft, folklore & occult-inspired goods
• Crystals, herbs & curiosities
• Handmade clothing & accessories
• Books & handcrafted journals
• Baked goods & specialty foods
• Historical-inspired crafts
• Palm readers, tarot readers & similar experiences
• Strange, unusual and genuinely interesting things we haven't thought of yet

The important part: Make your booth an experience.

Dress it like a colonial merchant stall, apothecary, witch's tent, traveling curiosity shop, healer's stand, blacksmith's market, or something uniquely yours. Tent decorating is required and ambient lighting is strongly encouraged because Spellbound operates well after dark.

Vendors must supply their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, lighting and independent power source where needed.

This is a juried market. Categories will be limited so we don't end up with eight candle companies staring angrily at one another across the village square.

All merchandise must be handmade or created by the vendor. No flea-market/resale merchandise.

We're looking for a small number of food vendors who want to do something a little different this fall.

Spellbound is an immersive witch-trial village set in the world of 1600s New England, and we're building a food lineup that feels like it belongs there.

We are NOT looking to simply line the property with ordinary food trucks.

We're looking for vendors willing to take their existing menu and play inside the world of Spellbound.

Think:

🧙 Strange seasonal creations with names and presentation built specifically for Spellbound

Have a completely different concept that somehow belongs in a haunted 1600s village? Even better.

Presentation matters.

We strongly encourage vendors to disguise or decorate modern trailers, tents and service areas so they feel like taverns, market stalls, kitchens, butcher shops, bakeries or traveling merchants.

The festival operates after dark, so every food operation must also provide appropriate lighting.

Food vendors are responsible for supplying their own:

• Generator / independent power
• Water
• Tent or food service vehicle
• Tables and equipment
• Lighting
• Signage and displays
• Required food permits/licenses

🎭 THEATRE COMPANIES & PERFORMERS: WE HAVE A STAGE YOU DON'T NORMALLY GET TO PERFORM ON.

This fall, Spellbound Village in Hampton, Georgia is opening its gates for the first time.

And we're looking for theatre companies, directors, actors and performance groups who want to help bring it to life.

Spellbound isn't a traditional theatre.

It's a recreated 1600s village.

Guests walk its roads, enter its buildings, encounter its residents and become part of a story unfolding around them.

We're specifically interested in partnering with a theatre company interested in developing a major Salem witch-trial production inside the village itself.

That could potentially mean a properly licensed production inspired by works such as The Crucible, or something even more interesting:

An original immersive production built specifically for Spellbound.

Our current theatrical concept, JUDGMENT, puts the audience inside a witch trial as witnesses, townspeople and participants rather than spectators sitting quietly in rows.

The village becomes the set.

The courthouse becomes the theatre.

The gallows become part of the finale.

And the actors continue existing as characters throughout the grounds before and after the performance.

We're also looking for:

• Street performers
• Musicians
• Storytellers
• Fire and specialty performers
• Dance companies
• Circus / movement performers
• Character performers
• Groups interested in creating roaming entertainment

This can also become a fantastic opportunity for a theatre organization to expose its actors and productions to thousands of new guests while performing in an environment that would be nearly impossible to recreate inside a conventional theatre.

Groups providing their own performance areas or equipment must be self-sufficient with required staging, equipment, lighting and independent power unless otherwise arranged with Spellbound.

We are especially interested in organizations that want to collaborate, not simply arrive, perform a 20-minute set and disappear.

The goal is to make the entire village feel alive.

The witches are already waiting.

The magistrates are getting impatient.

And we could use a few more people to accuse.
